We offer Free Shipping for any orders over $200 ordered through our website. This does not apply to business customers requiring special orders and separate invoices. It is important to note that, shipping bulky goods is becoming increasingly expensive. We have made the decision to cover many of these costs as we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for all our customers.
Shipping Method
We use a courier service for our items which has proved to be the quickest way to do deliver your items. We offer Australia-wide delivery to the address provided during checkout, please note we cannot ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Returns
We want to make sure you LOVE your new purchase. If you're unhappy in any way, please reach out to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We must be notified of a return within 7 days of delivery and the returns for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of delivery and are subject to approval. Return shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser.
