We love out Ruby Pot as it is very versatile, whichever artificial small plant you choose to match with Ruby.

Shipping
We will aim to ship your items within 2-3 business days your order. But please note most of out orders are large and bulky and reuire time to be able to pack correctly. We ship from our Melbourne warehouse most days and we use the quickest couriers for larger / bulkier orders that are avaliable to us.
Please note that bigger items take longer to ship, and custom greenery deisgns are made to order.
Our courier service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ennsure you provide a residential or business address for the delivery at checkout.
Returns
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you recieve a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the redund. Please be wary about wanting to return large items. We bare a huge amount of the shipping cost, so please be sure of your item as it may cost a lot to return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we recieve your returned item.
To be eligiable for a return:
- Must be lodged within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and it its original condition that you recieved it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- If damaged, photos need to be supplied
- A receipt or proof of purchase needs to be provided

Under the size option, we have provided some recommended trees and by toggling through the tree options, you can get an idea of how a tree will look in our Ruby Pot. To ensure you can select the ideal plant for your pot that suits your style we have a curated range also available on our website. Simply add your plant selection when purchasing your pot and you’re good to go. You can also email us at hello@theplantsproject.com.au with photos of your space and we will offer suggestions and provide you with a complimentary mock up.
