Artificial Plants, Pots & Planters
We will aim to ship your items within 1-3 business days of orders. We are a small family business. We will do our best to update you if your order is running late.
Please note that bigger items take longer to ship, and custom greenery designs are made to order.
Urgent orders
Please let us know if you'd like us to speed up your order or need it by a specific date.
Call us straight away and we can get it sorted for you.
Orders outside VIC
If your order is going outside of VIC it will take a few days at least from shipping. Please keep this in mind and please be kind :)
We will send you an update once it has been shipped with relevant tracking details.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. The Plants Project is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or replacement of lost orders sent with incorrect shipping information.
We will not be responsible for additional shipping costs if an incorrect address is provided.
Our courier service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ensure you provide a residential/business address for the delivery at checkout.

Available from our warehouse in Melbourne.
Hours for pick up are 10am to 3pm Tuesday to Friday, please note we are not open on weekends.

Please contact us to return your product.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Please be wary about wanting to return large items. We bare a huge amount of the shipping cost, so please be sure of your item as it may cost a lot to return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return
- Lodged within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and in its original condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- If damaged, photos need to be supplied.
- A receipt or proof of purchase needs to be provided.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us directly.
Photos of defective or damaged items will be required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank please note that it may take some days for the funds to appear in your account.
Only Partial Refund
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received in your bank account and you received a refund confirmation email from us, please contact your credit card company as it may take some more time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
