Whilst we understand the desire for free shipping, given the size and weight of many of our products, we've found it necessary to pass on a small portion of the shipping costs to customers, but strive to keep these charges as reasonable as possible. Shipping might total around $30 - $100 depending on how many items you are purchasing, this helps cover the costs associated with specialised handling and transportation. Shipping Method

We use a courier service for our items which has proved to be the quickest way to do deliver your items. We offer Australia-wide delivery to the address provided during checkout, please note we cannot ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. 

Returns

We want to make sure you LOVE your new purchase. If you're unhappy in any way, please reach out to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We must be notified of a return within 7 days of delivery and the returns for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of delivery and are subject to approval. Return shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser.
