What is an End of Line Item?
An end of line item is a product which we are not planning on stocking anymore, which reduces it's rate.
Don't worry, the quality of all these items is still incredible. This is a great chance to pick up a bargain!
Ex Rental Floral Arragements
Ex floral arrangements have previously been hired but are now available to purchase. We have cleaned and straighten each arrangement before making it available online.
Please note artificial water may have yellowed over time. We would not sell any items that we would not place in our own homes or spaces.

The approximate size of this floral arragement is 30cm in width and 25cm in height.

Shipping
We will aim to ship your items within 2-3 business days your order. But please note most of out orders are large and bulky and reuire time to be able to pack correctly. We ship from our Melbourne warehouse most days and we use the quickest couriers for larger / bulkier orders that are avaliable to us.
Please note that bigger items take longer to ship, and custom greenery deisgns are made to order.
Our courier service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ennsure you provide a residential or business address for the delivery at checkout.
Returns
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you recieve a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the redund. Please be wary about wanting to return large items. We bare a huge amount of the shipping cost, so please be sure of your item as it may cost a lot to return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we recieve your returned item.
To be eligiable for a return:
- Must be lodged within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and it its original condition that you recieved it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- If damaged, photos need to be supplied
- A receipt or proof of purchase needs to be provided
