How do these hang?

These planters are lightweight enough to be hung with a single nail. They can also be mounted to your wall by the two small holes on each side at the back of the planter. We do not recommend using 3M style hooks.

Can I use live plants?

Of course! Please note that this item does not have drainage holes and is not sealed. You will need to line the planter with plastic in order to prevent leakage, be careful of over watering as excess water will not drain out. 

Dimensions

The approximate size of these planters are 40cm in width for small, 50cm for medium and 60cm for large and 10cm in depth

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs

Whilst we understand the desire for free shipping, given the size and weight of many of our products, we've found it necessary to pass on a small portion of the shipping costs to customers, but strive to keep these charges as reasonable as possible. Shipping might total around $30 - $100 depending on how many items you are purchasing, this helps cover the costs associated with specialised handling and transportation. You can easily calculate the shipping cost for your order at checkout. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for all our customers.

Shipping Method

We use a courier service for our items which has proved to be the quickest way to do deliver your items. We offer Australia-wide delivery to the address provided during checkout, please note we cannot ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. 

Returns

We want to make sure you LOVE your new purchase. If you're unhappy in any way, please reach out to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We must be notified of a return within 7 days of delivery and the returns for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of delivery and are subject to approval. Return shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser.

Yes it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. However, while our Wall Planter is a versatile option that can be placed anywhere, if you intend to place it outside and want to complement it with one of our artificial plants, make sure you choose one of our UV protected options.
