This plant has two sizes. The approximate size for the small is 30cm in width and 45cm in length and the large is approximately 40cm in width and 90m in length.

We will aim to ship your items within 2-3 business days your order. But please note most of out orders are large and bulky and require time to be able to pack correctly. We ship from our Melbourne warehouse most days and we use the quickest couriers for larger / bulkier orders that are available to us.

Please note that bigger items take longer to ship, and custom greenery designs are made to order.

Our courier service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ensure you provide a residential or business address for the delivery at checkout.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Please be wary about wanting to return large items. We bare a huge amount of the shipping cost, so please be sure of your item as it may cost a lot to return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we receive your returned item. 

To be eligible for a return:

- Must be lodged within 7 days of delivery 

- Item must be unused and it its original condition that you received it

- Item must be in the original packaging 

- If damaged, photos need to be supplied

- A receipt or proof of purchase needs to be provided
