Shipping Costs

Whilst we understand the desire for free shipping, given the size and weight of many of our products, we've found it necessary to pass on a small portion of the shipping costs to customers, but strive to keep these charges as reasonable as possible. Shipping might total around $30 - $100 depending on how many items you are purchasing, this helps cover the costs associated with specialised handling and transportation. You can easily calculate the shipping cost for your order at checkout. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for all our customers.

Shipping Method

We use a courier service for our items which has proved to be the quickest way to do deliver your items. We offer Australia-wide delivery to the address provided during checkout, please note we cannot ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. 

Returns

We want to make sure you LOVE your new purchase. If you're unhappy in any way, please reach out to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We must be notified of a return within 7 days of delivery and the returns for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of delivery and are subject to approval. Return shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser.

How do I clean and maintain my Mixed Hanging Basket?

While cleaning your artificial Mixed Hanging Basket is designed to need very little upkeep, some basic maintenance can help it remain fresh and vibrant looking. Typically, this just means dusting the leaves using either a cloth or wiping them down with some warm soapy water, being careful not to saturate the plant. If using water, you can either leave your plant to air dry or polish the leaves dry with a fresh cloth.Additionally, this plant's hardiness allows it to withstand light scrubbing to remove any dust, which helps maintain its pristine condition over time.
