That all depends on the type of plant you’re using it for, the look you want to create, and the available wall space. The general rule of thumb is to choose a plant the same size as the planter itself. If you want a 35cm wall planter, a 35cm plant is the ideal selection, but if you’re looking for something bigger, you can use a 90cm plant in the 65cm wall planter. Oversized plants can create a more dramatic effect, which is particularly impactful in waiting rooms and offices.

Smaller planters can add subtle greenery to smaller areas, while larger planters are great for larger spaces. Assess the space and determine the style you’re trying to create to guide the wall planter size.

Start by measuring the space where you plan to hang the wall planter, ensuring there is sufficient space between planters. Use a level, especially if you are hanging multiple wall planters. Use the appropriate screws and anchors to hold the weight of the planter and its contents. In some cases, an adhesive hook may be sufficient. If you have selected a heavy planter, you will want to locate the studs to screw them directly for additional stability. Once the screws are in, you can attach the hook or brackets and secure the planter before you add the plants. 

If you plan to use the planter for real plants rather than artificial ones, you will need to add drainage holes and use plastic lining to avoid leaks.

It is easy! Simply use a wet cloth to wipe down. 

Yes it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. However, while our Wall Planter is a versatile option that can be placed anywhere, if you intend to place it outside and want to complement it with one of our artificial plants, make sure you choose one of our UV protected options.
